GAPP is a State funded program. Georgia Pediatric Program of Department of Community health serves children under 21 who are medically fragile and need skilled nursing care and personal support services.

We provide Personal Support Services with the programs – In-home services such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and in-home respite services.
